\n NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an IT Applications Service Manager to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad.

\nPosition's General Duties and Tasks
\nIn these roles you will be responsible for:
\n1. Service Delivery & Operations Management
\n- Lead day-to-day application support operations (L2/L3) across multiple healthcare domains like Clinical systems (EHR, LIS, Oncology), Ancillary systems (Pharmacy, HIM, Laboratory), Population Health and Analytics platforms and Enterprise applications. \n
- Incident, Problem & Change Management - Oversee ITIL processes: \n
- Incident Management – Ensure timely resolution and escalation \n
- Problem Management – Drive RCA and defect elimination \n
- Change Management – Approve and govern releases and changes \n
- SLA’s/ KPI compliance \n
- Application & Domain Ownership: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, understand healthcare workflows, Provide oversight across multiple areas of hospital operations \n
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with third-party support providers, conduct service review meetings and reporting, Engage with clinical leaders, operations, and compliance teams. \n
- Team Leadership & People Management: Lead and manage support teams (L2/L3 engineers, SMEs) \n
- Compliance & Risk Management \n
- Proven experience in the Healthcare Provider domain, with strong understanding of Clinical Core in the areas of Clinical operations, Acute EHR, Ambulatory EHR, Critical Care, Nursing, Surgical Services and regulated healthcare environments. \n
- 10+ years of experience in application support, project management, IT operations, or healthcare IT service delivery. \n
- Hands-on expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management aligned with ITIL best practices. \n
- Experience supporting COTS healthcare applications and managing multi-vendor ecosystems. \n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to resolve complex L2/L3 issues. \n
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, healthcare data governance, and security/privacy compliance requirements. \n
- Experience coordinating patching, upgrades, release cycles, and multi-environment deployments \n

\nThe shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
