- Data-Driven Approach:Use analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics. \n\n
- Experience: 10-15 years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. \n
- Domain Exposure: Must have hired for product, retail, supply chain, and operations roles in complex organizations. \n
- Industry Background: E-commerce, consumer tech, D2C, FMCG preferred. \n
- Proven ability to manage high-growth environments and multi-functional hiring. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
