    Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy:Design and implement a comprehensive TA roadmap aligned with business objectives.Build scalable processes for both niche and high-volume hiring across multiple functions.

  • Leadership & Team Management:Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team; drive operational excellence and accountability.
  • \n
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and critical talent needs.Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • \n
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:Position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets.Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.

  • Data-Driven Approach:Use analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10-15 years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • \n
  • Domain Exposure: Must have hired for product, retail, supply chain, and operations roles in complex organizations.
  • \n
  • Industry Background: E-commerce, consumer tech, D2C, FMCG preferred.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to manage high-growth environments and multi-functional hiring.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
