UKG Technical Consultant

Experience: 7 9 Years

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support UKG (Kronos) technical solutions

Work on integrations, APIs, and data interfaces between UKG and third-party systems

Develop and customize reports, extracts, and enhancements

Handle data migration and system upgrades

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in UKG environments

Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions

Skills Required:

7 9 years of experience with strong hands-on UKG / Kronos technical expertise

Experience in UKG integrations, APIs, and custom development

Strong knowledge of SQL, data models, and reporting

Experience with middleware tools (Dell Boomi / MuleSoft) is a plus

Good communication and problem-solving skills
