Roles and responsibilities :

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide recruitment guidance.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
\n
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Promote the company s culture, values, and mission to enhance employer branding.

• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring practices.
