Administrator and Support Specialist – OneSource SaaS works under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Systems and is responsible for the technical support, administration, and operational stability of the Thomson

Reuters OneSource Tax Determination SaaS application. This role focuses on

IT-owned responsibilities, including system access, integrations, security,

incident management, vendor coordination, and change management.

ryIT point of contact for the OneSource platform, ensuring application availabilit

y,performance, and compliance with corporate IT and regulatory standards. Th

isrole does not perform tax data maintenance, configuration of business rules,

ortransactional processing, which remain the responsibility of the busines
