Job Description
- Opportunity to lead HR technology for a global workforce \n
- Strategic leadership role \n\n
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with business goals. \n
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems and tools. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR technology needs and gaps. \n
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HR technology platforms. \n
- Analyse HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions for process improvement. \n
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of HR technology projects. \n
- Provide training and support to end users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness. \n
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes. \n\n
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (required) \n
- Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred) \n
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance considerations \n
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
