Job Title: Full-stack Developer

Experience Required: 2-4 years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid), 2 Days OnSite

Key Responsibilities:

\n %CF; Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using
\n modern technologies.
\n %CF; Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible UI components with HTML,
\n CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
\n %CF; Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js,
\n JavaScript/TypeScript.
\n %CF; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product
\n managers, and other developers.
\n %CF; Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing and code
\n reviews.
\n %CF; Contribute to architectural decisions and provide innovative solutions to
\n complex challenges.
\n %CF; Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into development processes and
\n product features (AI-assisted code generation, automated testing)
\n %CF; Build and maintain AI-driven features such as recommendation engines,
\n document processing or workflow automation using LLMs and AI APIs.

Must-Have Qualifications:
\n %CF; 2-4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
\n %CF; Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (LESS/SASS), and JavaScript with a deep
\n understanding of responsive and cross-browser web design principles.
\n %CF; Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks - Angular.
\n %CF; Solid backend development experience in Node.js, Express.js, and either
\n JavaScript or TypeScript.
\n %CF; Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including data
\n structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
\n %CF; Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows including working with
\n LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, AI powered code
\n assistants and building or integrating AI driven workflows

Good-to-Have Skills:
\n %CF; Experience building applications that integrate AI tools or AI-driven
\n workflows.
\n %CF; Exposure to backend development using Python or Java,NODE JS
\n %CF; Knowledge of databases, including MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySQL,
\n Redis, ElastiCache, and ElasticSearchDB.
\n %CF; Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, preferably with
\n metric-driven API Gateway integrations.
\n %CF; Familiarity with AWS services, Kubernetes, microservices, and
\n domain-driven architecture.
\n %CF; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly
\n present technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
