About the Role
\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support Gasoline & CNG functional calibration activities across the product development lifecycle, Project management activities including Customer Front Facing, Project Planning, Stake Holder Management, Timeline & Budget control, Deliveries management.
\nIn this role, you will work closely with Global OEM customers (Japanese & European OEMs). This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong Project Management Skills.

Lead interactions with OEM customers towards Requirements Engineering, Bridging between customer & Bosch Internal Stake Holders
\n

Driving Projects w.r.t. Functional Calibration, Co Ordination with Stake Holders on Driving Technical Topics
\n

- \n
Technical Project Management: Project Planning, Timeline management, Deliveries & Quality Control, Resource Management, Project Cost Estimation & Budgetary Management
\n
- \n
- \n
Lead Project Acquisitions, Project Initiations, Project Documentation, Audit Requirements Preparation, Reports & Project Closure Activities
\n

Customer Meetings Drive, project status reviews, and reporting activities
\n
- \n
- \n
Leading Team & Guide on Technical Aspects, Daily Project & Department Activities Management
\n
What We’re Looking For

10 to 12 years of relevant work experience (Mechanical / Automotive)
\n
- \n
- \n
Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projects
\n
- \n
- \n
Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systems
\n
- \n
- \n
Participation in customer discussion and updating the status on regularly
\n
- \n
- \n
Customer Front Facing; Customer Project Management
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in working with Global OEMs
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in Stake Holder management, Cost Control, Project Planning
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in Test Vehicle Management as per the predefine procedure
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in Automation and tools development
\n
- \n
- \n
Good Skills in Leading Teams & Day-to-day Project Activities
\n

Good knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniques
\n
- \n
- \n
Ability to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.
\n

Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data
\n
- \n
- \n
Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
\n
- \n
- \n
Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation
\n
- \n
- \n
Knowledge and experience INCA and ETAS tools.
\n
- \n

Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)
