Role Overview:

\n We're looking for a backend engineer who can hit the ground running, own complex workflows, and keep the data engine humming. Someone who's hands-on with Java, rock-solid with Spring Boot, and confident with Oracle PL/SQL. If you know Kafka and Provider Data, even better — we want people who think in systems, not just code lines.

Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot .

Implement and optimize JDBC connections for high-performance data access.
\n - \n
Develop, debug, and tune complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.
\n - \n
Integrate and manage Spring-Kafka pipelines for near real-time data flows.
\n - \n
Work on provider data models —ingestion, validation, transformation, and mapping.
\n - \n
Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through best practices and automated testing.
\n - \n
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ship stable releases fast.
\n - \n
Troubleshoot production issues with a root-cause-first mindset.
Required Skills \n- \n

Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
\n - \n
Deep understanding of JDBC, connection pooling, and query optimization.
\n - \n
Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages).
\n - \n
Working knowledge of Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, offsets).
\n - \n
Familiarity with provider data structures and business rules (healthcare domain preferred).
\n - \n
Solid grounding in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems concepts.
\n - \n
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving mindset.

Experience with CI/CD , Docker/Kubernetes.

Exposure to OAuth2, security frameworks , or API gateways.

Understanding of scalable architectural patterns.
