Key Responsibilities

%CF; Implement Kheyti product innovation roadmap for core greenhouses and add-on products like tunnels, hoop houses, crop covers, agro voltaics etc.

%CF; Conduct discovery conversations with farmers and other stakeholders to understand customer and market needs %CF; Ideate, conceptualise and prototype designs and materials in our R&D center and derive data based decisions

%CF; Conduct field visits and engage in conversations with Kheyti Team & Farmers to understand farmers' feedback, on-ground challenges, regional agro-climatic conditions etc.

%CF; Convert ideas to sketches to designs. Testing of designs for strength & loads like wind or dead load on relevant softwares

%CF; Support on other R&D activities like crop R&D, protocol building, training etc.

%CF; Create SOPs and key documentation and build QA/QC systems

The role requires a hands-on, field-oriented professional with a strong inclination toward human-centered, data-driven innovation. Must-Haves

%CF; 5+ Years of experience product design
\n %CF; Hardware product design experience
\n %CF; Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork and travel as required
\n %CF; Product management experience
\n %CF; Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves

%CF; Experience in agri-infrastructure or greenhouse systems
\n %CF; Mechanical, civil & structural Engineering Background
\n %CF; Exposure to R&D environments, prototyping, or QA/QC systems
