Job Description

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites (functional, regression, UI, and API) for our SaaS platform using Katalon, ensuring strong and efficient test coverage \n
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product to align testing with real user workflows and requirements \n
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, and support timely resolution through effective triage \n
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tooling, and execution performance, including CI/CD integration ( GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) \n
- Monitor and analyze test results to drive product quality improvements and prevent regressions \n
- Participate in root-cause analysis of post-release defects and contribute to ongoing QA process improvements \n\n
- 4+ years' experience in a QA / software testing role within an Agile development environment \n
- Hands-on experience developing, running, and maintaining automated test frameworks \n
- Experience with web and API test automation tools ( Selenium, Cypress, Postman, REST Assured, or similar) \n
- Experience working on SaaS or large-scale web applications
