    Role Purpose

    \n Guide the company's transition from a fast‑growing diagnostics business into a tech-enabled, high-engagement consumer health platform.

    \n Build sustainable moats across data, AI-driven personalisation, consumer trust, and an integrated omnichannel delivery model to strengthen long-term platform economicsKey Outcome Areas:

  • Grow Engagement: Drive MAU (Monthly Active Users) / DAU (Daily Active Users), through habit-forming health interactions, personalised nudges, and consistent value beyond test transactions.
  • \n
  • Increase Repeat Usage: Improve 12-month repeat testing rates via targeted life-cycle journeys, smoother user experiences, and timely health reminders.
  • \n
  • Shift Mix to Preventive Care: Grow preventive and wellness test adoption by shaping consumer behaviour and strengthening preventive-health propositions.
  • \n
  • Strengthen Unit Economics: Enhance LTV (Lifetime Value) / CAC (Customer Acquisition Cos) by increasing frequency, cross-sell, and retention while reducing acquisition and funnel drop-offs.

  • Shape consumer journeys, app engagement, product strategy

  • Bring thinking from high-growth ConsumerTech/ HealthTech ecosystems

  • Provide structured strategic input; eventually may convert to NED pre-IPO

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    Ideal Background & Experience

    \n
  • 15+ years in Health-Tech/ Wellness-Tech, Digital platforms, or Subscription businesses.
  • \n
  • Experience as a Founder or Senior CXO (CEO, CPTO, CPO, CTO, CMO, Chief Digital/Growth Officer).
  • \n
  • Strong expertise in Consumer Engagement, Product Strategy, Platform Economics, and Scaling Digital Ecosystems.
  • \n
  • Exposure to international markets (US/Europe/SEA) is a plus.
  • \n
  • Built a scaled B2C/B2B2C Platform
  • \n
  • Seen IPO or late-stage Institutionalisation
  • \n
  • Pattern Recognition in Tech + Healthcare
  • \n
  • Thinks in Platform Economics
  • \n
