- Drive the financial engine by overseeing all core finance operations. \n
- High‑visibility role shaping SOP‑led processes and driving transformation. \n\n
- Manage and streamline financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. \n
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities. \n
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. \n
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively. \n
- Implement financial controls and policies to maintain transparency and accountability. \n
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. \n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals. \n\n
- A solid academic foundation paired with 5-8 years of experience in finance operations, including SOP‑driven process management, reporting and analytics, collections oversight, and sales incentive computation. \n
- CA/MBA qualification \n
- Proven expertise in finance operations, process excellence, and cross‑functional business within the Technology/Consumer industry \n
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, SOP processes \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage teams effectively.
