  • Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner for product and technology teams, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies for tech roles.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic projects, talent initiatives, and leadership priorities within the tech ecosystem.
  • \n
  • Drive performance management frameworks tailored for technology functions, along with engagement and capability-building programs.
  • \n
  • Build and manage HR dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech teams.
  • \n
  • Support organizational design for scaling product and engineering teams, including career architecture and role frameworks.
  • \n
  • Lead HR interventions during tech transformations, product pivots, and agile adoption phases.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • \n
  • Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and maturity.
  • \n
  • Travel periodically

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.
  • \n
  • years of end-to-end HRBP experience with mandatory exposure to product/technology/startup environments.
  • \n
  • Prior experience partnering with engineering and product teams is non-negotiable .
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across tech and leadership levels.
  • \n
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HR analytics.
  • \n
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented - thrives in fast-paced, evolving setups.
  • \n
  • Demonstrates agility, resilience, and ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure.
  • \n
  • Fluent in English; familiarity with tech culture and terminology is essential.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to support beyond conventional working hours when needed.
  • \n
