Job Description
- Strategic HR role enabling tech talent excellence and organizational scalability \n
- High-ownership opportunity to partner closely with product and engineering leade \n\n
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner for product and technology teams, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives. \n
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies for tech roles. \n
- Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic projects, talent initiatives, and leadership priorities within the tech ecosystem. \n
- Drive performance management frameworks tailored for technology functions, along with engagement and capability-building programs. \n
- Build and manage HR dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech teams. \n
- Support organizational design for scaling product and engineering teams, including career architecture and role frameworks. \n
- Lead HR interventions during tech transformations, product pivots, and agile adoption phases. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. \n
- Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and maturity. \n
- Travel periodically \n\n
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school. \n
- years of end-to-end HRBP experience with mandatory exposure to product/technology/startup environments. \n
- Prior experience partnering with engineering and product teams is non-negotiable . \n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across tech and leadership levels. \n
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HR analytics. \n
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented - thrives in fast-paced, evolving setups. \n
- Demonstrates agility, resilience, and ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure. \n
- Fluent in English; familiarity with tech culture and terminology is essential. \n
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to support beyond conventional working hours when needed. \n
