Role Overview:
\nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team focused on a
\nTReDS application in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
\nbusiness needs and technology solutions, ensuring the platform delivers value to all
\nstakeholders including corporates, MSMEs, financiers, and regulators.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
\nrequirements for the TReDS platform.
\n• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the
\ndevelopment team.
\n• Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog in alignment with business
\ngoals.
\n• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful
\ndelivery of features.
\n• Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to improve platform efficiency and
\nuser experience.
\n• Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and align stakeholders.
\n• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating
\noutcomes.
\n• Maintain up-to-date documentation including process flows, use cases, and user
\nstories.
\n• Stay informed about regulatory changes in the TReDS ecosystem and ensure
\ncompliance in product features.
\nRequirements:
\n• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a FinTech or financial services
\nenvironment.
\n• Strong understanding of TReDS platforms, invoice discounting will be an added
\nadvantage.
\n• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
\n• Ability to create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and
\nprocess diagrams.
\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
\n• Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, business, and
\noperations.
\n• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to TReDS (e.g., RBI guidelines) is a plus.
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\n• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
\n• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
