  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market

  • Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities.

  • Driving mid-senior level hiring for your clients.
  • \n
  • Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline.
  • \n
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.
  • \n
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

    We are looking for candidates coming from B2B Sales, Business Development , Customer Success, recruitment or client facing backgrounds willing to make their career in a commercial role encompassing Business Development & Recruitment.
