Job Description
Client: Wealth Management Company of a leading business Conglomerate
\nRoles and Responsibilities:
\nLead and manage a team of advisory and dealing professionals.
\nBuild a strong team through referrals and internal hiring, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
\nExecute trades on behalf of clients, aligning with their investment strategies and preferences.
\nProvide expert advisory services, emphasizing Assets Under Management (AUM) product penetration to enhance client portfolios.
\nActively promote and cross-sell third-party investment products, including Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, SIP, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), Unlisted Shares, and Investment Advisory Services (IAP).
\nAcquire new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
\nConduct client meetings to review portfolio performance, provide investment recommendations, and ensure continuous engagement.
\nPreferred Candidate Profile :
\nEducational Qualification: Postgraduate degree required.
\nExperience: 8-9 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
\nMinimum 6 months of equity dealing experience with an Indian broking firm.
\nHands-on experience in broking with a strong understanding of financial products and market trends.
\nProven track record in managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients.
\nCertification: NISM Series VIII certification is mandatory.
\nStrong expertise in client acquisition, retention strategies, and sales target achievement.
