We are looking for a highly driven Subject Matter Expert / Senior Consultant who can bridge business needs with structured execution. This role requires a strong mix of process thinking, documentation expertise, data analysis, and AI-enabled workflow optimization .

You will play a critical role in designing, executing, and improving business processes , while leveraging modern tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• Translate business requirements into actionable workflows, templates, and process documentation
\n
• Own end-to-end execution from planning and analysis to delivery and quality assurance
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
\n
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks , and implement scalable improvements
\n
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and comparative analysis for decision-making
\n
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
\n
• Standardize best practices, templates, and documentation frameworks
\n

• Review incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact
\n
• Prepare structured documentation, summaries, and reports
\n
• Coordinate with stakeholders via regular updates and follow-ups
\n
• Track progress, flag risks proactively , and ensure timely closure
\n
• Continuously improve templates, prompts, and workflows
\n
• Leverage AI tools and productivity platforms to accelerate deliverables
\n

• Documentation & Structured Reporting (SOPs, MIS, dashboards, templates)
\n
• Technical Communication & Documentation
\n
• Understanding of Web/Mobile systems, Cloud technologies, APIs & integrations
\n
• Automation & Workflow Optimization (including AI tools)
\n
• Data Analysis & Comparative Evaluation (Excel, dashboards, reporting)
\n

\n
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, GenAI, automation tools)
\n
• Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms or workflow tools
\n
• Familiarity with Power BI / advanced Excel / reporting tools
\n
• Consulting / operations / process excellence background
\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or process-driven roles
\n
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
\n
• Proven track record of process improvement and automation
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
\n
