Overall Handling the branch - looking after sales and operations

%CF; Explain available IT courses and payment plans to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.

%CF; Follow up with candidates regarding course enrollment and payments.

\n

%CF; Make reminder calls for outstanding payments.

%CF; Handling the team of counselors

\n

%CF; Looking after the P&L of the branch, operations, petty cash

\n

%CF; Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on a daily basis.

\n

%CF; Manage the complete student admission process from start to end.

\n

%CF; Assess and optimize student recruitment strategies by analyzing their effectiveness.

\n

%CF; Greet and assist prospective students by handling paperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls.

\n

%CF; Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc.

%CF; Collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from the students

\n

%CF; Working on Maximizing the Referrals.

\n

Requirements:

\n

%CF; Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor

%CF; Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses

%CF; Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
