Job Description
- Responsible for leading end to end hire to retire cycle for a large workforce. \n
- Design, plan and execute end to end workforce strategy. \n\n
- Drive end-to-end planning and deployment of a large operations workforce to ensure availability, productivity, and capability building. \n
- Assess and implement new workforce engagement and deployment models aligned with business needs and expansion plans. \n
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance hiring, training, and workforce readiness. \n
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous capability development for third-party workforce. \n
- Manage partnerships with service providers, training institutions, and NGOs to ensure uninterrupted, cost-effective manpower supply. \n
- Drive workforce productivity, engagement, and skilling programs to reduce absenteeism and attrition. \n
- Implement predictive analytics and tech-driven solutions to enable cost optimization and operational efficiency. \n
- Lead productivity and cost-saving initiatives across sites. \n
- Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships to ensure a stable and harmonious industrial relations environment. \n
- Oversee MIS governance, conduct site reviews, and guide teams in managing critical situations and crises. \n
- Foster a culture of respect, performance, and continuous learning. \n
- Develop HR and operations leadership pipelines through structured capability-building initiatives. \n
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align workforce strategies with business priorities. \n
- Work with key clients to address service issues, enhance delivery standards, and strengthen relationships. \n
- Lead workforce planning for new site transitions while balancing performance KPIs, cost, and margins. \n
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. \n
- Engage with regulatory bodies and proactively address compliance or operational risks. \n
- Lead crisis management efforts and strengthen organizational responsiveness through robust governance mechanisms. \n
- Provide strategic direction to HR operations teams, promoting accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. \n
- Drive organization-wide initiatives that support long-term growth and operational excellence. \n\n
- Post graduate with 15+ years with a proven track record in industrial environment with a focus on high transaction, process driven operations and large contract workforce. \n
- Deep knowledge of industrial relations, HR operations and workforce strategies. \n
- Proficient in data and analytics, ability to plan will be important \n
- Strong ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships effectively. \n
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and workforce management software for data-driven decisions. \n
- Ability to implement new ideas and identify growth opportunities for workforce optimization
