We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Lead Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom SAP ABAP solutions that guarantee high-quality results and smooth integration with business processes. The successful candidate will offer technical guidance, mentor junior developers, uphold best development practices, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver strong, sustainable SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized SAP RICEFW objects.
\n
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior ABAP developers, ensuring compliance with SAP/Lucid best practices, coding standards, and project deadlines.
\n
• Conduct code reviews, diagnose, and resolve ABAP-related issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
\n
• Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, suggest technical solutions, and facilitate seamless SAP system integration.
\n
• Maintain the quality and consistency of deliverables by adhering to best practices.
\n
• Provide ABAP technical support during SAP upgrades, migrations, and patching, by modifying or redeveloping ABAP objects as necessary.
\n
• Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution related to ABAP to sustain optimal system performance and reliability.
\n
• Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and user manuals for ABAP developments.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Extensive SAP technical and architectural expertise for advising on design and development of major projects.
\n
• Experience in managing offshore development teams.
\n
• Familiarity with S4 HANA coding standards, including ABAP, Fiori, and CDS views.
\n
• Proficiency in developing SAP CDS views, OData integration, and working with the SAP BTP platform.
\n
• Strong background in developing various RICEFW objects, including new development objects such as OData, CDS, Fiori, RAP, etc.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Understanding of clean core and no-code principles.
\n
• Good knowledge of multiple SAP modules, including FICO, PP, QM, EWM, SD, and MM.
\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
\n
• Approximately 7 years of hands-on experience in ABAP, including S4 HANA ABAP development and Fiori.
\n
• Knowledge of the SAP BTP platform.
\n
