Job Description

- Assist in managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. \n
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements, including third-party agreements, operations and services agreements etc \n
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and Management to develop and lead the implementation of legal strategy \n
- Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with any external partnerships, regulatory, cyber security, intellectual property requirements, and any other matters as needed \n
- Skilled in managing employee relations, negotiations, and fostering positive workplace culture \n
- Proficient in Intellectual Property (IP), Data Privacy, and IT Security within service industry frameworks \n
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on specific cases when needed. \n
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes in coordination with internal teams. \n
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of all legal matters to mitigate risks. \n\n
- LLB + LLM degrees from reputed Law Schools and CS degree would be a bonus \n
- In-depth understanding of legal procedures in the financial services industry \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. \n
- Candidates ranging from 4 years to 20 years of post qualification experience for multiple roles respectively
