Role Overview
\nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Development Lead with
\nexperience in selling programmatic ads in the US, Canada and/or ANZ region. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, driving outbound sales activities, and
\nsupporting business growth through strategic prospecting.
\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outreach, LinkedIn
\nprospecting, email campaigns, and digital advertising sales support.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities \n
- Identify opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing teams \n
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling \n
- Schedule meetings and sales discussions for the business team \n
- Present multicultural audience targeting and digital advertising capabilities \n
- Maintain CRM updates, lead trackers, and sales reports \n
- Work closely with internal teams on proposals and campaign opportunities \n
- Build relationships with prospective agencies and brand clients \n
- Support pipeline development and sales growth initiatives \n
- Stay updated on digital advertising and multicultural marketing trends \n
Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in digital advertising sales or lead generation \n
- Experience working in multicultural agencies or digital marketing agencies \n
- Good understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, and audience targeting \n
- Strong communication and prospecting skills \n
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools \n
- Ability to independently manage outbound sales activities \n
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management systems \n
Preferred Experience

- Exposure to multicultural advertising campaigns \n
- Experience working with agency-side business development teams \n
- Understanding of South Asian, ethnic, newcomer, and diaspora audiences \n
- Existing agency or brand relationships is an added advantage \n
