\n\nJob Description
\n\n* Lead daily fulfilment operations for a team of ~100 co-workers, including Team Leaders, across picking, packing, and handover activities.
\n * Drive operational control across store and warehouse fulfilment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service levels in a shift-based environment.
\n * Set and standardize processes while working closely with multiple internal functions and external partners, with nearly 60% of outcomes dependent on cross-functional alignment.
\n * Support expansion plans across 5-6 locations in Bengaluru, with regular travel across units and involvement in new store openings.
\n * Build a strong performance culture aligned to company values, driving diversity, inclusion, communication, and succession planning at the floor leadership level.
