Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's identity and business goals.

• Curate and monitor the entire lifecycle of the visual merchandising experience, keeping in mind the marketing goals
\n
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to curate visually appealing layouts and displays.
\n
• Plan and oversee the layout of store interiors, window displays, and signage.
\n
• Ensure displays are fresh, engaging, and seasonally relevant.
\n
• Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
\n
• Optimize product placement to maximize sales and create a seamless shopping experience.
\n
• Ensure stock levels align with display requirements.
\n
• Manage budgets for materials, props, and display setups.
\n
• Ensure a safe work environment and provide outstanding customer service as a visual merchandising specialist
\n
• Source cost-effective yet high-quality materials for displays.
\n
• Measure the success of visual merchandise initiatives through sales data, customer feedback, and foot traffic analysis.
\n
• Adjust strategies based on performance results.
\n
