Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and
\nrecruiting candidates for roles in Product development including expertise in JAVA, Angular
\ntechnologies and Full stack, cloud and EDI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record
\nin talent acquisition and a keen interest in enhancing company branding initiatives, Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired
\ncandidate profiles.
\nSource, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
\nUtilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional
\nnetworks, and campus placements, to attract top talent.
\nConduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural
\nfit.
\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a
\nsmooth recruitment process.
\nMaintain and update the tracking system (TS) with candidate information and recruitment
\nactivities.
\nParticipate in employer branding initiatives, to promote the company's image as a
\npreferred employer.
\nStay updated with the latest industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market
\nintelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
\nQUALIFICATIONS:
\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
\n2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
\nStrong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidate
\nqualifications effectively.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and
\nsocial media channels, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet
\ndeadlines.
\nExperience in employer branding and promotional activities is a plus.
\nJob Description Office Administrator The office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including office management, clerical duties and providing support to our team. Key responsibilities: Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and correspondence Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain & update inventory records. Greet and assist visitors, clients and vendors. Assist with travel arrangement includes reservation of hotels, Flight & train tickets, VISA Processing, etc., Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and office operations Qualification: Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
