\nJob Title: Digital Marketing Head (Facebook & Google Ads).
\nJob Overview:
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our paid marketing strategy across Facebook and Google, managing an annual ad spend of 10 15 Crores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and scaling digital campaigns for maximum impact and reach.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads to drive leads, sales, and ROI.
\nCampaign Management: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms (FB/Instagram).
\nBudget Ownership: Manage and optimize 10 15 Cr in annual ad spend with accountability for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
\nTeam Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team of digital marketers, analysts, and creative strategists.
\nCreative Strategy: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversion.
\nAnalytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
\nFunnel Optimization: Work closely with sales and product teams to improve conversion rates across the entire funnel from click to customer.
\nA/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize performance.
\nQualifications & Skills:
\nProven experience managing high-budget digital campaigns ( 10 Cr+ annually).
\nHands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
\nDeep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.
\nStrong analytical skills with command over tools like GTM, GA4, and Excel.
\nExperience in edtech, e-commerce, or B2C subscription-based models is a strong plus.
\nExcellent leadership and project management skills.
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\nBachelor s or Master s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
\nCertifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
\nExperience with CRM integrations, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools.
