  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet organizational goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring expertise.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • \n
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • \n
  • Optimize recruitment processes, assessments, and candidate experience.
  • \n
  • Track hiring metrics, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve TA performance.
  • \n
  • Leverage ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools for efficiency.
  • \n
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors effectively.

  • Foster a positive candidate experience to support the organization's employer branding.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful TA Manager should have:

  • Brings 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within ITES/technology services.
  • \n
  • Has proven success leading recruitment teams and delivering hiring at scale.
  • \n
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with senior leaders.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • \n
  • Skilled in ATS usage, advanced sourcing, TA metrics, and process excellence.
  • \n
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
  • \n
  • Is comfortable working in shift timing 4PM to 1AM
