We are hiring an L2 Support Engineer with hands-on experience in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) along with Python, .NET, and SQL . The role involves providing application support, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial systems.

• Provide L2 support for HFM applications and ensure system stability
\n
• Diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues within SLA timelines
\n
• Perform basic root cause analysis (RCA) and escalate complex issues when required
\n
• Develop and support scripts using Python / .NET
\n
• Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
\n
• Work closely with L1 support, development teams, and business users
\n
• Monitor application performance and flag potential issues proactively
\n
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
\n
• Maintain documentation and update knowledge base/SOPs
\n
• Follow incident, change, and problem management processes
\n

• 5–7 years of experience in Application/Production Support
\n
• Hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
\n
• Working knowledge of Python, .NET, and SQL
\n
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
\n
• Basic understanding of financial systems and reporting
\n
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
\n
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (7 AM – 11 PM IST)
\n
• Good communication and coordination skills
\n

• Exposure to Oracle Hyperion suite
\n
• Experience in automation/scripting for support tasks
\n
• Understanding of financial consolidation processes
\n
