About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with a proven background in the hospitality

\n

industry to lead sales of our premium ice cream range to 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, event

\n

planners, and catering businesses. The ideal candidate is well-networked, understands the premium

\n

F&B market, and can drive business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

%CF; Drive B2B sales of premium ice cream from premium hotels, high-end restaurants, banquets,

\n

and catering companies.

\n

%CF; Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and event/catering

\n

segments.

\n

%CF; Develop strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and

\n

Event Planners.

\n

%CF; Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and repeat business.

\n

%CF; Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and presentations tailored for the hospitality

\n

sector.

\n

%CF; Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and client

\n

satisfaction.

\n

%CF; Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and clients

\n

%CF; Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

\n

%CF; Attend industry events, food exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand reach.

\n

Requirements:

\n

%CF; Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or F&B industry

\n

%CF; Strong understanding of the premium hotel and restaurant ecosystem.

\n

%CF; Proven track record of closing deals in the HORECA/catering segment.

\n

%CF; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

\n

%CF; Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about premium food products.

\n

%CF; Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
