ROLE SUMMARY \n

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across functions. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \n
    \n
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout
  • \n
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
  • \n
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • \n
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure role fitment
  • \n
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
  • \n
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment
  • \n
  • Track and manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in ATS and reporting systems
  • \n
  • Drive closure efficiency , including offer discussions and negotiation support
  • \n
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
  • \n
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices
  • \n
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES \n
    \n
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across roles/functions
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) non-negotiable
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring volumes effectively
  • \n
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • \n
  • Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and tracking ability
  • \n
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • \n
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE \n
    \n
  • Experience in technology or data hiring is an added advantage
  • \n
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
