Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
\n P&L Ownership
\n Asset Management - to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns
\n AOP Planning - to preserve business plan
\n Day to day management of the site.
\n Execution of project as per Business Plan
\n Risk Management
\n Flagging & resolving risks to project returns during Pre-Construction Phase & Under
\n Construction stage
\n To evaluate and provide mitigation mechanism and proactively highlighting critical
\n risks and proposing recommendation/options to the management for way forward.
\n People
\n Defines and sets work objectives/Goals for team members in line with the AOP
\n Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
\n Completes performance appraisals & people related processes of team
\n Carries out team building & engagement activities
\n Process Adherence & Improvement
\n Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
\n Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
\n Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
\n Complies with company defined guidelines and process
\n timelines
\n Position Requirements
\n Qualification:
\n Post-Graduation from Premier B-School
\n Chartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst
\n Experience:
\n At least 7- 10 years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry
\n Critical Skills:
\n Functional
\n Business Acumen: Strong understanding of critical decisions that impact P&L and
\n Cashflows
\n Exposure in Financial Modelling & Preparing of Annual Business Pl
\n Functional Exposure
\n Team Management Experience
\n Site Management Experience

\n Understanding of Sales & Marketing - Systems & Processes
