Technical Manager - Oracle Fusion

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development team. The team is responsible for the development of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in development program management. Exposure to the Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports leveraging Oracle Apex and OIC
\n
• Manage defect resolution and change requests for components already in production
\n
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
\n
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
\n
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
\n
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
\n
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
\n
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
\n

Requirements:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on development projects.
\n
• Strong technical background, with experience in software development and ERP systems.
\n
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is highly desirable.
\n
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
