Finance & Backoffice Operations Specialist
Job Description
Scope of the role:
\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Backoffice Operations Specialist to join our global Finance team, based in India. This role is a key operational partner to the Finance team in Israel, supporting expense management, travel & accommodation, and vendor invoice processing across all global entities. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a multicurrency, international environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Expense Reports — process and validate employee expense reimbursements across all entities; sync with NetSuite.
\n• TAS (Travel & Accommodation) — review and process flight and hotel invoices, handle per diem reimbursements, sync with NetSuite.
\n• Payem — process and record credit card invoices across all entities.
\n• Mobius Contractors — monthly processing of non-VAT vendor invoices in NetSuite.
\n• Support month-end close procedures and maintain audit-ready records.
\n• Coordinate with the Finance team in Israel on cross-entity reporting and data accuracy.
\nEducation Qualification & Skills Required:
\n• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Backoffice Finance in a Hi-Tech or global company.
\n• Hands-on experience with employee expense management and reimbursement processes.
\n• Experience in a multicurrency, multi-entity international environment.
\n• High level of English — written and spoken.
\n• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask.
\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
\nAdvantage
\n• Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
\n• Experience with Expensify or similar expense management tools.
\n• Experience with TAS (Travel & Accommodation) management systems .
\n• Knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices and regulations.
\n• Experience with vendor invoice processing (non-VAT / international invoices).
