CAD Designer - Architecture

The team consists of skilled architects, 3D visualisers and interior designers with diverse experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer with an Interior Design background to prepare detailed construction and GFC drawings for international architectural and interior projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail and institutional sectors

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
  
\n
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings.
  
\n
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
  
\n
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
  
\n
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
  
\n

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Passion for architecture and design.
  
\n
• Experience in interior fit out and architectural projects
  
\n
• Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
  
\n
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the architecture and design industry.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture or related field
  
\n
• Relevant work experience in interior design, including internships or previous positions
  
\n
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and concepts
  
\n
• Proficiency in design software (e.g AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong understanding of design principles
  
\n
