Title: Corporate HR Lead
\nLocation: Chennai
\nRole Purpose
\nResponsible for driving the HR agenda for a large manufacturing organization with multiple units in India.
\nActs as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and drives talent, performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nStrategic HR partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy aligned with business objectives.
\nLead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential talent identification.
\nDrive performance management processes, calibration discussions, and a high-performance culture.
\nLead organization development, leadership capability building, change management, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
\nDrive employee engagement, culture-building, retention programs, and employer branding initiatives.
\nEnsure effective HR governance through policy formulation, process standardization, compliance, and HR metrics review.
\nPartner on compensation reviews, rewards programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
\nSupport leadership hiring and critical talent acquisition requirements.
\nLeverage HR analytics to provide workforce insights and support strategic decision-making.
\nDesired Candidate Profile
\n18 25 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Corporate HR, HRBP, Talent Management, and Organization Development.
\nProven experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing, and change management capabilities.
\nExperience in large manufacturing or diversified organizations preferred.
