Title: Corporate HR Lead

Location: Chennai

Role Purpose

\n

Responsible for driving the HR agenda for a large manufacturing organization with multiple units in India.

\n

Acts as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and drives talent, performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Strategic HR partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy aligned with business objectives.

\n

Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential talent identification.

\n

Drive performance management processes, calibration discussions, and a high-performance culture.

\n

Lead organization development, leadership capability building, change management, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

\n

Drive employee engagement, culture-building, retention programs, and employer branding initiatives.

\n

Ensure effective HR governance through policy formulation, process standardization, compliance, and HR metrics review.

\n

Partner on compensation reviews, rewards programs, and workforce planning initiatives.

\n

Support leadership hiring and critical talent acquisition requirements.

\n

Leverage HR analytics to provide workforce insights and support strategic decision-making.

\n

Desired Candidate Profile

\n

18 25 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Corporate HR, HRBP, Talent Management, and Organization Development.

\n

Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

\n

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change management capabilities.

\n

Experience in large manufacturing or diversified organizations preferred.

\n
