We are currently seeking a SAP S4 HANA SD Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Configuration & Support

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including:
\n
• Sales Order Management
\n
• Pricing and Condition Techniques
\n
• Shipping & Delivery Processing
\n
• Billing & Invoicing
\n
• Support Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
\n

S/4HANA Transformation Activities

\n
• Assist in ECC to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield implementations.
\n
• Understand and apply S/4HANA SD simplifications and best practices.
\n
• Support adoption of SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics for SD.
\n

Integration & Cross-Module Coordination

\n
• Work closely with MM, FI, CO, EWM, TM, and ABAP teams to ensure smooth process integration.
\n
• Support Business Partner (BP) and SD master data configuration and validation.
\n

Testing & Data Migration

\n
• Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for SD scenarios.
\n
• Support UAT by resolving functional defects and clarifying business requirements.
\n
• Assist with data migration validation for customers, pricing, and sales documents.
\n

Go-Live & Hypercare Support

\n
• Support cutover and go-live activities for SD processes.
\n
• Provide hypercare support , troubleshooting issues and ensuring business continuity.
\n
• Document issues, resolutions, and process changes.
\n

Documentation & Compliance

\n
• Create and maintain:
\n
• Functional specifications
\n
• Configuration documents
\n
• Test scripts and user guides
\n
• Follow SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

SAP SD Expertise

\n
• 4–8 years of SAP SD functional experience
\n
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
\n
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
\n

Technical & Functional Knowledge

\n
• Hands-on experience in:
\n
• SAP S/4HANA SD configuration
\n
• Pricing, output determination, and billing
\n
• FSCM Credit Management (basic exposure preferred)
\n
• Awareness of RICEFW objects and their impact in S/4HANA
\n

Tools & Methodologies

\n
• Exposure to SAP Fiori , SD analytics, and standard reports
\n
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
\n
• Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• SAP S/4HANA certification (Sales / SD)
\n
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Automotive industries
\n
• Exposure to EWM, TM, or CRM/CX integrations
\n

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
\n
• Good communication and documentation abilities
\n
• Ability to work effectively in onshore–offshore delivery models
\n
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP innovations
\n
