We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager with a strong deep-tech background and hands-on expertise in building scalable B2B SaaS platforms. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and people management, with a focus on architecting robust systems and driving high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities \nLead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams.
\nArchitect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
\nDrive end-to-end ownership of product development and delivery.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps.
\nEnsure best practices in microservices architecture, API design, and system scalability.
\nOversee performance optimization, system reliability, and observability.
\nContribute hands-on to critical technical decisions and problem-solving.
\nBuild and scale large SaaS platforms handling high traffic and data volumes.

\nDatabases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
\nDevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS, GCP
\nDistributed Systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ
Core Expertise \nStrong understanding of Microservices Architecture & API Design
\nExperience delivering high-scale, high-performance production systems
\nExpertise in distributed systems and performance tuning
\nStrong knowledge of scalability, reliability, and observability
Leadership & Experience \nProven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
\nHands-on experience in architecture, solutioning, and system design
\nExperience building and scaling large SaaS platforms
\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications \nBackground in B2B product companies
\nCandidates from product-based organizations preferred over services firms
\nExperience working in Series B / Series C startups
\nTrack record of contributing to successful and scalable products
