NetSuite Project manager

About the Role

Manage end-to-end NetSuite projects (ERP, CRM, OpenAir, custom modules).

\n Responsibilitie

\n
• sCoordinate and track day-to-day project activities for NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects
\n
• .Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business needs
\n
• .Prepare and maintain project plans, estimations, schedules, and resource allocation
\n
• .Coordinate with functional, technical, QA teams, and business users for smooth execution
\n
• .Ensure on-time delivery, managing risks, issues, and dependencies
\n
• .Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, sharing updates and reports
\n
• .Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, and cutover activities
\n
• .Handle change requests, scope adjustments, and governance requirements
\n
• .Drive best practices, process improvements, and NetSuite adoption
\n
• .Support post-go-live stabilization, training, and knowledge transfer
\n
• .Contribute to SoW drafting and project documentation
\n

\n Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fiel
\n
• d.4–5 years of project coordination or project management experienc
\n
• e.Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred but not mandatory
\n

).
\n Required Ski

• llsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tas
\n
• ks.Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, or other project tracking too
\n
• ls.Experience with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery approach
\n
• es.Excellent written and verbal communication skil

• ls.Team-oriented with ability to work with consultants, developers, and end-use
