\nWe are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1 Support) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
\nDemonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
\n Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
\n Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basisPerform initial incident triage and severity classification
\n Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
\n Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
\n Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
