Martech Manager - CDP & AI Specialist
Job Description
Key responsibilities
\n1. CDP Implementation:
\no Lead the end-to-end deployment of the Customer Data Platform across all relevant business functions.
\no Oversee data integration from multiple sources (CRM, website, social media, paid ads).
\n2. AI Integration:
\no Design and implement predictive and generative AI models for customer segmentation, lead scoring, churn prediction, and next-best-action analysis working with an implementation partner
\no Ensure AI-powered personalization in marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
\n3. Data Strategy & Management:
\no Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to define data architecture and governance.
\no Ensure the CDP complies with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
\n4. Stakeholder Engagement:
\no Work with marketing teams to align CDP capabilities with campaign goals.
\no Train internal teams to use AI-enabled insights for decision-making.
\n5. Performance Monitoring:
\no Set KPIs and evaluate the impact of AI models and CDP on business metrics like lead conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
\no Provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.
\nWho are we looking for?
\nEducation:
\nBachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
\nAdvanced certifications in CDP platforms (e.g., Tealium, Segment, Salesforce, or similar) are a plus.
\nSkills:
\no Strong understanding of CDP tools, data management, and marketing automation systems.
\no Experience in implementing AI and predictive analytics models for marketing use cases.
\no Experience in real estate or other customer-centric industries.
\no Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, WebEngage).
\no Proficiency in customer segmentation, data mapping, and audience targeting strategies.
\no Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
