Social Media Manager

At Mayskin, we're building a skincare brand from the ground up and we're looking for a creative mind to grow with us.

Here's the thing: this isn't a role you can put in a box. Yes, you'll own our social media. But you'll also write scripts, craft content, shape stories, and jump into whatever the day throws at you. In a startup, everyone wears many hats and we're looking for someone who's excited by that, not scared of it.

This is a hybrid position based in Pune.

Who we're looking for:

• Someone genuinely creative - ideas that make people stop scrolling

• A strong writer who can move between a punchy caption, a video script, and long-form content without missing a beat
\n
• Someone who can take ownership and run with things - this matters a lot to us. We need a person who takes responsibility seriously and sees things through

• Someone who can coordinate properly with our graphic designer and video editor - clear, consistent communication so ideas actually get made the way you imagined them. You should be fluid at describing what's in your head and turning it into real content, together

• Someone who wants to learn and grow - not someone who says \"that's not my job\"
\n
• Flexible, curious, and comfortable in the beautiful chaos of an early-stage brand
\n

What you'll do:

• Run and grow our social presence across platforms
\n
• Write scripts, content, and copy that sound like us
\n
• Come up with content ideas and coordinate closely with our graphic designer and video editor to bring them to life
\n
• Take ownership of your work end to end
\n
• Wear whatever hat the moment needs
\n
