React + Next Developer (5+ yrs)

\n Key Requirements:
\n ? Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript (3 6 years of experience)
\n ? Strong experience with Redux, Context API, Hooks, and performance optimization
\n ? Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
\n ? Experience with SSR (Server-side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation)
\n ? Expertise in unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
\n ? Familiarity with build tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite
\n ? Knowledge of REST API integration
\n ? Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
\n ? Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Styled
\n Components
\n ? Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise setups
\n ? Experience with Docker, Authentication Middleware, and Interceptors
\n Good to Have (for Developer) / Mandatory (for Lead Role):
\n ? Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture
\n ? Knowledge of logging and tracing
\n ? Familiarity with SonarQube
\n ? Experience using Web Workers
