Job Description

Responsibilities -

\n

• Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Cables, for all segment: Projects, Industry, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers. etc.

\n

• Improve market share and ensure presence in all the relevant sectors

\n

• Participate in promotional activities like seminars, exhibitions and approvals

\n

• Liaison with key people in the industry and customer relationship management (CRM)

\n

• Accountable for tracking the competition and their activities & track market trends and new policies• Responsible for market mapping (segment wise)

\n

• Receivables & FG Management

\n

• Responsible for Key Account Management (KAM)

\n

• Responsible for top line (achieving sales target) as well as bottom line growth (deciding prices)

\n

• Achievement of Sales volumes and profitability

\n

• Enquiry Generation

\n

• Credit Control.

\n

Qualification : BE / BTech

\n

Technical:

\n

• Understanding of cable types, technical specifications, applications across segments.

\n

• Familiarity with power distribution systems, EPC projects, and electrical codes/standards

\n

• Ability to analyze margins, compute product costing, and decide optimal pricing.

\n

• Technical understanding of bidding for industrial and government projects.

\n

Functional:

\n

• Ability to manage institutional sales and dealer networks simultaneously. Result Oriented, Go Getter & having Sound Technical Orientation

\n

• Developing and nurturing long-term strategic customers.

\n

• Strong commercial negotiation and contract finalization skills.

\n

• Planning and executing seminars, exhibitions, and roadshows effectively

\n
