About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Market Representative to join our sourcing team. This role requires market knowledge, vendor engagement, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with the company’s buying vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Results-driven sourcing : Exhibit strong commitment and motivation to deliver outcomes by aligning sourcing strategies with the buying vision and adapting to evolving market conditions.
\n
• Order monitoring : Track orders from placement with vendors through sample distribution, final quality inspection, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
\n
• Effective communication : Initiate and streamline timely communication with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
\n
• Vendor Management: Skilled in identifying the right partners, overseeing production processes, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure reliable sourcing and business-focused decision-making.
\n
• Buyer trip coordination : Organize and coordinate buyer trips to factories or manufacturers to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure sourcing alignment.
\n
• Negotiation : Collaborate with buyers to negotiate the best possible prices for merchandise.
\n

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Formal education: Graduate Degree
\n
• Strong product knowledge of Soft Home .
\n
• Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.
\n
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience of which at least 2-3 years’ experience in buying office, agent, or well-known retailer catering to Market.
\n
