Technical Recruiter

Position : Technical Recruiter (on Contract)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4-7 years

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify and engage with qualified IT candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.

Work closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and close the positions

Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including regular communication and feedback.

Build and maintain a network of potential IT candidates for future job opportunities.

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Desired Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT positions, skills, and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
