Job Description
Position : Technical Recruiter (on Contract)
\nLocation: Chennai
\nExperience: 4-7 years
\nResponsibilities:
\nUtilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify and engage with qualified IT candidates.
\nConduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.
\nWork closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and close the positions
\nProvide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including regular communication and feedback.
\nBuild and maintain a network of potential IT candidates for future job opportunities.
\nMaintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
\nDesired Profile:
\nMinimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
\nProven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of IT positions, skills, and technologies.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nResults-driven and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills.
\nStrong team player with a collaborative attitude.
