Team Management

• Clearly define the expectations for the team.
\n
• Assign goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to own direct reports.
\n
• Guide the team members in acquiring relevant knowledge and develop their professional competence.
\n
• Drive geography specific trainings for the quality team, designed basis the statutory norms that apply in different countries.
\n
• Ensure that the Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team.
\n
• Employee Satisfaction and Engagement.
\n
• Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team.
\n
• Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team.
\n

• Technical understanding of:

• Wintel Infrastructure
\n
• Unix/Linux Systems
\n
• Storage Technologies
\n
• Microsoft Azure
\n
• Hands-on knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and service delivery.
\n
• Experience managing operational teams and driving service excellence in a data center environment.
\n
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
\n
