Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking a hands-on Azure Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires strong code-level expertise in modern frontend frameworks and REST/GraphQL API design , acting as the critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

The ideal candidate will ensure that frontend experiences are seamlessly powered by a robust, secure, and high-performing API layer on Azure , while also bringing strong exposure to AI technologies, agentic frameworks, and modern AI tools .

1. Architectural Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture of Azure-based solutions aligned with the Well-Architected Framework
\n
• Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and detailed solution blueprints across compute, storage, and networking
\n
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization across all designs
\n

2. API Strategy & Governance

\n
• Design and manage enterprise API ecosystems using Azure API Management (APIM)
\n
• Define standards for:
\n
• API versioning and lifecycle management
\n
• Security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
\n
• Throttling and rate limiting
\n
• Documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
\n
• Drive API-first design principles across engineering teams
\n

3. Frontend Architecture Guidance

\n
• Define and promote frontend architectural patterns such as:
\n
• Micro-frontends
\n
• Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
\n
• Ensure seamless integration with Azure services like Static Web Apps, CDN, and Front Door
\n
• Guide teams on performance optimization and user experience best practices
\n

4. Hands-on Prototyping

\n
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate complex integrations between frontend and backend systems
\n
• Implement solutions such as:
\n
• Authentication using MSAL
\n
• Real-time communication using SignalR
\n
• Actively contribute to code when required
\n

5. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

\n
• Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
\n
• Ensure consistent, repeatable deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments
\n
• Promote best practices in infrastructure versioning and governance
\n

6. DevOps & CI/CD

\n
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
\n
• Enable zero-downtime deployments and automated testing strategies
\n
• Improve release velocity while maintaining reliability and security
\n

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and services
\n
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL design
\n
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
\n
• Expertise in API security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
\n
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
\n
• Strong exposure to AI/ML concepts, AI tools, and agentic frameworks

• Experience in designing scalable, distributed cloud-native systems
