\nGoal Setting, Goal Audit, Mid-Year review, Annual Review planning & Execution
\nMarket Benchmarking exercise
\nKnowledge on Sales & Collection incentive schemes
\nJob Evaluation, Job Analysis, and grading experience
\nData Management, analysis, and reporting
\nKnowledge on labour law and statutory Compliance
\nCompetencies
