Job Description

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
\n ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
\n Experience with Airline Products or in Tourism/Airlines industry.
\n Application Management Experience/Knowledge -with understanding of so ware development methodologies, knowledge of the network communication protocols, system architecture and technology components are a plus.
\n Capability to investigate cases by correlating application behaviour, application logs and configuration setup to customer questions
\n Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
\n Multicultural approach, responding to our worldwide customer base expectations
